Employment and Mesa Real Estate
Real estate is sold in all areas and all regions of the United States. Real estate has no limit beyond the obvious United States border, but employment is concentrated in large urban areas and in rapidly growing communities only. A solid example of this is the Mesa real estate market which is located in the valley of the sun, just east of Phoenix in Arizona. At one point, the market would have not had a whole lot of jobs in the immediate area. But with the rapid growth in the valley and the virtual inclusion of Mesa as a Phoenix suburb, the houses and the jobs are located in the same geographical area.
