Boron plays a major role in the strength and conditioning of bones and joints, so why not try to get some boron in our diets as well. The foods that so contain boron are not high in boron but can still help in the long run. Some Boron Sources are almond, apple, apricot, beans, avocado, banana, pear, carrot, raisins and peanut butter, and this is just naming a few. So if you could add these to you daily during the week, you will be getting a little bit more boron in your system to help keep bones healthy.
