I have an on line business and the recent problems in the economy had been really keeping me anxious. I am afraid that my on line shop will not survive because of this fiscal problems. To help me see what I can do, I made a competitive analysis. The competitive analysis is the most objective way for me to evaluate the performance of my shop compared to the other shops whose products or services offered is the same as mine. With the competitive analysis I can see what measures to take and which part to improve in my business site.
